Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of NCR-7Shifts. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

NCR-7Shifts sends your NCR Aloha sales to your 7shifts account. You need your own active NCR Aloha and 7shifts accounts, and you must be allowed to connect them for each store you add.

Your account

• Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Give us accurate store logins and keep them up to date.
• You can delete your account at any time from your account settings.

Billing

• Plans are billed per store. Monthly plans renew each month until you cancel.
• The full history import is a one-time charge per store.
• When you cancel, your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.

No refunds

No refunds. All sales are final. This applies to monthly plans, partial months and the one-time history import.

Accuracy and availability

We work to send your sales correctly and on time, but the service depends on NCR and 7shifts. It is provided as is, and we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. Check important numbers in 7shifts.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before a claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make important changes, we'll let you know.
