This policy explains what NCR-7Shifts collects and how we use it.

What we collect

• Your email address and password for your account.
• Your store names and the Aloha (NCR) and 7shifts logins you add.
• Daily sales totals we send to 7shifts, so you can see your results.
• Billing details, handled by our payment provider, Stripe. We don't store card numbers.

How we use it

Only to run the service: to send your sales to 7shifts, show your results, bill you, and contact you about your account. We don't sell your information.

How we protect your logins

Your Aloha (NCR) and 7shifts logins are encrypted before they are saved, and are only used to send your sales.

Who we share it with

NCR and 7shifts, to move your sales; Stripe, to take payments; and the hosting providers that run the service.

Deleting your information

You can delete your account from your account settings. This cancels your subscriptions and removes your stores, saved logins and sales results. Payment records may be kept by Stripe as the law requires.
